Central Core

The central core investment zone is the epicentre of our tourism industry. With internationally recognised assets, it is the home of the Coastal Tourism Strip, Home of the Arts (HOTA), and Robina Central.

HOTA

$130 million of City investment has cemented our HOTA Cultural Precinct as the Gold Coast’s - and one of Australia’s - preeminent cultural precincts, with still more to come.

Coastal Tourism Strip

Home to some of Australia’s most famous beaches, this coastal span is the beating heart in establishing our powerful domestic and global tourism brand.

Robina Central

As a vibrant economic and social centre of the Gold Coast, Robina Central is a focus for employment, lifestyle, community and is designed first and foremost for people.

Urban playground

We have committed to developing the Gold Coast’s largest park through the Greenheart Parklands project, which will provide 252ha of open space and recreation (two-thirds the size of New York’s Central Park) in Robina.
